Choosing a therapist that is out of network

1–2 minutes

read

Insurance can be confusing. Very confusing. Many people struggle with understanding the benefits that their insurance plan offers. For example, what is the difference between a therapist that is “in network” and one that is “out of network”. Does out of network mean I can’t go to that therapist? Not at all! There are actually some decent reasons and benefits to choosing a therapist that is out of network, the site below outlines those reasons fairly well. It will also help you figure out how to go about choosing a therapist that is out of network. Check it out and feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding how I take on clients that are out of network. Cheers!
