Hello my fellow humans!

Aside from daily counseling activities, I’ve been hard at work. Over the past month I’ve focusing on starting a new journey, a brand new road to navigate. It comes in the form of developing digital content for counselors (and anyone really), to be able to use and learn from. This is a new road for me, but my perspective is that all new roads are good roads!

The first official product is a CBT workbook that highlights the ABC model, it’s called “Decoding Your Noggin with the ABC Model!”. It’s bright, user friendly, and child friendly as well. It’s more of a learning tool than a workbook though, but there is a practice sheet at the end! So, the key is to learn and then apply, that is the goal.

This workbook will be part of a larger CBT series that I am currently still working on and it can be found at my site “Mental Wealth Inc”. It’s all very exciting to me, it feels rewarding to teach and to apply what I have learned. The site is still a work in progress, but you can still check it out below.
