Anger is one of those core emotions that we all struggle with from time to time. However, it can impact men in a particular way due to it being one of the few “acceptable” emotions for men. By acceptable, I don’t mean good, I mean expected. Men are not expected to express worry or sadness, or any perceived “weak” emotion. Anger is ultimately not manly though, it is destructive.
With that in mind, I created a guide for men to better understand their anger and how to manage it, so they can be a better man, and a better person.
In this guide, we discuss common societal pressures that men tend to face, common triggers, the negative impact on self and others, and positive means of coping with these stressors. Understand the source of anger and get hands on with it, that’s the goal.
This 22-page PDF guide also includes 5 electronically fillable worksheets that can be completed on your device or printed.
